So, aside from our being based out of Kuala Lumpur, why else should you consider or choose Malaysia for your destination project? As a destination offering, Malaysia is probably Asia’s ‘best kept secret’. Unlike a number of Asian destinations, Malaysia has multiple World Class offerings in all five experiential platform categories.

In fact, even Kuala Lumpur itself has four of the five experiential categories at World Class level within its city limits! The fifth (eco) is just two hours drive away at The Cameron Highlands. Combine this with a low exchange-rate to the Pound, Euro and US Dollar; and you will find that Malaysia offers a value-for-experience destination superior to almost anywhere else in Asia.

Malaysia is a truly multi-ethnic and multi-cultural society, where the three main Malaysian races mix widely and genuinely welcome foreigners. English is spoken widely, and it is common for Malaysians' to be socially curious about foreigners whenever the opportunity presents itself. The standard of living is high, while the cost of living is relatively low. With year-round sunshine and a tropical climate, most public indoor-places have air-conditioning, which is certainly a relief. Natural surroundings are diverse, beautiful and spectacular; with un-spoilt country-side and rain-forests; tropical islands and pristine beaches; mountain retreats and rolling hills; and abundant wildlife in their natural habitats. Transport and communication links are good throughout the country, and most global hotel chains have at least one property here.

Malaysian cuisine is world-renowned for its variety and excellence. Malay, Chinese and Indian food is available everywhere, along with imaginative east-west 'fusion' cuisines that will continuously tempt your taste-buds. Food from all over the world can be found in restaurants and hotels in the main urban centres, and surprisingly - for those a little more adventurous, some of the best food can be bought very cheaply at roadside stalls and small restaurants and cafés. Hygiene is generally good.

Malaysia has become a 'shopping destination' for many Asian countries, since prices are quite competitive relative to other Asian countries like Singapore and Hong Kong. Shopping malls proliferate in all urban areas, especially in Kuala Lumpur; offering a very wide range of local and imported goods such as electronics, cosmetics, designer brand clothing etc.
