Daytime is set aside for business agenda, with evenings for social activities. The programme usually begins the first night with a welcome dinner, and a Gala Night Dinner on the last night before departure. The senior management team will usually arrive one day early for their pre-briefing and stay an extra day for the post-mortem. ‘Teambuilding’ activities and ‘free-and-easy’, half/full days are common programme components.
