Local Representation. Having now confirmed your programme content and logistics, it is time to begin negotiating with all the third-party vendors and suppliers to secure your bookings. While we make every effort to be cost effective, our priority will always be to secure your booking (unless instructed otherwise). This can and often does include airline and hotel bookings too. Any conference and event design requirements such as a themed gala dinner, cultural entertainment extravaganza, team-building etc are also addressed and approved during this phase.
