In each case before commencing work, we provide a cost estimate to complete your task. If our assignment takes longer than we estimated, that is our problem, not yours (provided your requirements remained unchanged). Our clients are welcome to deal and negotiate directly with third-party vendors, even when we find them for you. Alternatively, we can (and often do) negotiate and secure third-party vendors and suppliers on behalf of our clients, with the original invoices passed to you without exception.
