It is
not unusual for our MICE event projects to run 2-5 days,
and involve
multiple events each day such as seminars,
presentations, social events and team building. As your
project consultant, Evention
is tasked with coordinating all aspects of each event
into the whole with efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
MICE
projects also have a tendency for incorporating multiple
objectives and goals. These may take the form of new
product lines or branding strategies being introduced to
staff. In these cases, we are often tasked to create
communications and interactive platforms that increase
staff involvement and constructive participation for
roll-out planning and adoption.
For
exhibitions, we are frequently tasked to aid product
showcasing with special effects displays and gambits.
For seminars and dialogues, translation booths and
facilities are common components we are tasked to supply
and manage. In some cases, for smaller meeting events
such as 'brain-storming' sessions, we are tasked with
finding and securing unusual venues. We have even
constructed outdoor conference marquees where facilities
at venues are inadequate to our clients' requirements.
In rare cases, our client's conference content is still
evolving while it is underway, where a speaker's
presentation is being changed while it is being
delivered!
