Destination management broadly categorises multi-layered  event projects involving group travel (100 pax and above) to local or international venue destinations; either inbound to Asia and Malaysia or outbound from Malaysia. In each case, the project usually involves strategic programmes (conferences), cross departmental activities (team building) and social activities (awards and gala dinners).

Of course, much depends on the facilities available at or within range of your selected venue. We help assess and compare different venues to identify and match facilities to your programme requirements and available budget. Often this will also involve us negotiating directly with the venue on your behalf. We can also source certain items such as pillow and welcome gifts from third-party vendors on your behalf.

The key to a smooth-running destination project is logistics. We can arrange and coordinate transportation, baggage handling, accommodation, banqueting and tours. This leaves you to focus on the corporate programme content and delivery.

For your group, having a fun-filled experience is almost as important as achieving the corporate goals, since happy staff are more energetic and constructive in their thinking if they are having fun too. We arrange, organise and manage all the activities throughout (including all your equipment needs) the trip, thus fulfilling their 'experiential' expectations.

In many cases, our clients have previously approached these types of projects on a 'piece-meal' basis where they engage multiple vendors to deliver separate components of the project. The disadvantage here - aside from lower economies-of-scale, is that your internal project committee has to coordinate these disparate parties. As a consequence, it is rare that committee members have any opportunity to engage and participate with their fellow staff.
